Job Description
- Setting up engagement and kopdar w/ DAX community;
- Community mapping management, delivering kopdar material;
- Manage community database and escalation DAX training and performance improvement;
- DAX counting and attribute usage monitoring & treatment;
- Behavior investigation, one on one with fraudster
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Good in MS Office and google suite tools (Gsheet, GDrive, GDoc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience 1 year in handling community, event with medium to large scale
- Having relation or channels with government stakeholders
- Field person, not back office person
- Local domicile
