Responsibilities:
- Directing all operational aspects including Distribution, Customer Service, Human Capital, Administration and Sales.
- Providing Training, Coaching, Development and Motivation the employee.
- Developing Forecasts, Financial Objectives and Business Plan.
Qualifications:
- Min. education level at Bachelor Degree for all majors
- Min. 3 years experiences in the same position (Game Center, Theme Park, Bank, Insurance, and Hospitality Industry)
- High entrepreneurial spirit and Digital Savvy
- Able to communication in English (Preferred)
- Have the ability to negotiate, communicate, and lead a team
- Target oriented and able to work under pressure
