Job Responsibilities

- Laporan CFO Laporan konsolidasi setiap bulan sesuai dengan kebijakan yang ditetapkan oleh Grup.
- Terlibat dalam implementasi sistem konsolidasi dan perencanaan anggaran SAP BPC untuk memastikan bahwa sistem dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan konsolidasi Grup Adaro dan laporan yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan standar dan kebijakan yang berlaku.
- Berkoordinasi dengan divisi lain di Adaro Group dalam penyiapan data laporan seperti LKTP, LKPM, LLD dan instansi pemerintah terkait lainnya sepanjang data disiapkan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
Job Requirements
- Gelar Sarjana Akuntansi
- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman dalam Perencanaan & Analisis Keuangan (FP&A), Pelaporan Keuangan dan Manajemen Keuangan, atau memiliki pengalaman kerja di kantor akuntansi

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating, controlling and monitoring power plant operations (Boiler, turbine, and other Main Equipment) in order to achieve targets and run normally, reliably, continuously, safely, and environmentally friendly, and prioritize occupational safety and health to avoid things that are harmful to equipment or humans.
- Perform initial and periodic checks and record operating parameters in the Boiler – Turbine area to ensure the power plant is operating normally.
- Perform follow-up actions according to the contents of the Field Operator Daily Report / Log Sheet and superior orders to support the smooth operation of the PLTU.
- Identify data comparison between parameters in the field with parameter indications in the HMI DCS for boiler and steam turbine equipment and report any abnormalities and damage to plant equipment to the Sr DCS operator, DCS Operator or Shift Supervisor to ensure that further action is carried out quickly and in a timely manner.
- Make adjustments that are minor repairs such as tightening loose manhole bolts, tightening loose hoses both in boiler and steam turbine equipment without having to involve mechanical so that operations are not disrupted.
- Provide assistance to authorized persons to isolate (LOTO procedure) and normalize the power plant area to support the smooth operation of the PLTU.
- Monitor and operate boiler equipment according to procedures, such as burners, and other equipment in boiler unit 1 and unit 2 in the field, as well as supporting equipment for steam turbine unit-1 and unit-2 to support the smooth operation of the PLTU.
- Communicate with Senior DCS Operator and DCS Operator to find out the operational condition of the Boiler and steam turbine in order to prepare the necessary work plan.
- Perform preparations ordered by Senior DCS Operator, DCS Operator and shift supervisor before operating a type of equipment both in the boiler and steam turbine in accordance with standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Fill in, tidy up, and store loghseet and logbook in a predetermined place and maintain the cleanliness of the factory area and implement the 5R program to support the smooth operation of the PLTU.
- Carry out evacuation and first aid in the event of an emergency to avoid casualties and losses to company assets.
Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Minimum Senior High School graduate majoring in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in related position in Coal Fired Power Plant
- Fresh graduates with Diploma Degree majoring in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical Engineering with GPA min. 3.00 are welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities

- Ensuring that work is carried out according to SOP, PPE, and the appropriate tools to prevent workplace accidents.
- Evaluating plans, work procedures, electrical documents, the use of measuring tools, and potential job hazards to improve work quality, more effective, efficient, and safe.
- Coordinating regular inspection of the mini grid to identify potential disruptions and efficiency declines, as well as analyzing the operational characteristics of the grid to meet consumer needs.
- Coordinating the evaluation of routes, types, and conditions of repair work that will be carried out to improve the quality of to work to be more effective, efficient, and safe.
- Coordinating the distribution of tasks outlined in the monthly maintenance plan to each technician, along with supporting data such as execution time, work permits, technical implementation details, and achievement plans to facilitate the smooth execution of the work.
- Evaluating predictive activities such as data collection on heat indications in production equipment, conductors, insulators, control systems, and other predictive activities.
- Coordinating work related to the use of measuring instruments and work equipment as well as with other parties such as maintenance, operations, warehouse, vendors to ensure that the work receives support from the relevant parties.
- Evaluating maintenance or repair result data and enter it into CMMS to complete the equipment maintenance data history.
- Coordinating the inspection, testing and troubleshooting of electrical network equipment to assist the implementation of repair activities.
- Making improvements to the assets that are the scope of works.
- Coordinating with customers regarding maintenance, operations and administration related to the Handover Report.
- Initiating the procurement process of goods or services related to the operation and maintenance of the Grid.
- Integrating the mini-grid with the existing system at the consumer to achieve reliable operation.
- Adapting the latest high technology in grid operational monitoring systems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Maintenance / Electrical Supervisor.
- Have good knowledge about Electrical Maintenance, Electric Transmission & Distribution, Coding and System Intergrator, Grid Analysis / ETAP, Predictive Maintenance, Instrumentation & Control Maintenance, IT, Maintenance Planning, and Safety Management.
- Good command in English both verbal and written.
- Good communication, coordination and time management skill.
