Job Description
- Implementing and evaluating training programs to enhance the capability and knowledge of Beauty Advisor
- Implementing and controlling beauty expertise quality implementation
- Monitoring and controlling integrated shopper experience execution
- Executing and Assessing the Digital Creator Program
Qualifications
- Female, maximum age of 28 years
- Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1)
- Good appearance with proportional body weight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, honest, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively within a team
- Creative, innovative, and eager to learn
- Passionate about teaching and people development
- Proficiency in digital savvy, including content creation skills
- Proficient in makeup skills
- Able to drive and possess at least a Class C driving license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Willing to be placed in Tasikmalaya
