Qualification:
Experience in supervising and managing a team is a pre
Flexible to work hours based on business demands
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Work
Health & Safety standards
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, minimum two years in a fine dining & a la carte commercial kitchen environment,
Able to work under pressure
Is responsible for the organisation, coordination and service for one area of the kitchen
