CREATIVE MANAGER
Placement : Tasikmalaya
Responsible in bringing the brand to life visually, digitally, experientially,
and physically – from design to production.
You will do this by translating Marketing strategies into integrated cross-channel campaign creative.
In partnership with the Creative Director, You will manage multiple design projects and interface
with internal designers and agency partners to ensure all creative design development
for Lozy has a consistent voice, tone and visual direction across many mediums.
Job Descriptions:
Assists Creative Director in planning and manage the project timeline,
utilizing current workload, strategic thinking process and execution.
Manage and develop creative team.
Execute and facilitates approval of creative output accurately based on inputs from business team or Creative head.
Monitors creative department workloads and follows up on due dates.
Organize team’s projects, daily operational and project timeline and monitoring life cycle
of creative projects, execute, printing and production process.
Ensuring all of creative outputs fulfilled based on timeline and budget.
Work collaboratively with creative team, brand/product team or external team.
Receiving and communicating project briefs from user to creative team.
Requirements:
Hold bachelor degree in DKV.
Having related experience at least 1-2 years of work experience from advertising/digital agency/e-commerce
Excellent communication in Bahasa and English (both oral and written).
Great attention to details.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Have interest in creative, popular culture and advertising.
Ability to thrive under pressure
